Off-the-shelf software is excellent at solving problems many companies share. It is poor at the process that makes your business different — which is usually the process that matters most.
We take an operational requirement, turn it into a specification you can actually read, and build software around it. The technology follows the problem. We are not going to recommend a rewrite because a framework is fashionable this year.

How do you price custom software?
Discovery is a fixed, standalone piece of work that produces a specification and an estimate. After that we quote either fixed-price per phase or on a monthly basis for ongoing development. You are never asked to sign off a number before anyone understands the scope.
What if we already have a system that half works?
That is common. Often the right answer is to keep it and build around it rather than replace it. We assess what is worth preserving before proposing anything.
Which technologies do you use?
Mostly PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/TypeScript, PostgreSQL and MySQL, running on Linux. Mainstream, well-documented tools with large talent pools — deliberately, so you are not dependent on a niche skill set.
