Privacy Policy
01 Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data ClickSolutions collects through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. It is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
01Who is responsible for your data
ClickSolutions, Calle El Drago 13, 35140 Mogán, Las Palmas, Spain. Contact: hello@clicksolutions.es. Full company registration details are set out in the Legal Notice.
02What we collect
Only what you send us. If you submit the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, the nature of your enquiry, an optional budget range and your message. The enquiry record stores only a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself. Like any web server, ours writes standard access logs that do contain IP addresses; those are rotated and deleted within 30 days. We do not build profiles and we do not track you across sites.
03Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to manage the resulting commercial relationship. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures where a project follows.
04How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where a commercial relationship begins, records are kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law, generally six years.
05Who else sees it
Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Data is stored within the European Union.
06Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. Write to hello@clicksolutions.es and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
07Security
The site is served over TLS. Application and database run in isolated containers with no shared credentials, access is restricted to key-based authentication, and backups are taken daily.
