One system instead of five spreadsheets
Shared state, real permissions and an audit trail, rather than files emailed between people.
Software that runs in the browser and replaces the spreadsheet everybody is afraid to touch.
01 Service
Web applications are where most operational problems get solved: a portal so customers stop phoning for updates, a dashboard so managers stop compiling reports by hand, a scheduling tool that matches how the business actually books work.
We design the data model first, because that is what determines whether the application still makes sense in three years. Then we build it in short cycles, so you are using something real long before the project is finished.
02 What changes
Shared state, real permissions and an audit trail, rather than files emailed between people.
Processes encoded in software instead of held in one person's memory.
Source code, documentation and infrastructure are yours. No per-seat licence that grows with your headcount.
03 Common questions
If a product fits your process, buy it — we will say so. Custom development earns its cost when your process is genuinely a differentiator, when licence fees scale badly with headcount, or when no product handles a critical part of the workflow.
You can. We write documentation, use mainstream frameworks rather than in-house inventions, and hand over the repository and infrastructure. Avoiding lock-in is a design goal.
Yes, and that is usually the point. We build the integration layer as part of the application rather than as a later add-on.
