Modules that match the process
Configured around your workflow rather than the default demo data.
Implementation, custom development and integration for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets.
01 Service
Odoo covers a remarkable amount of ground for the licence cost, which is exactly why it gets deployed badly: the temptation is to switch on every module and hope the business adapts. It does not.
We implement the modules that map to real processes, develop custom ones where the gap is genuine, and connect Odoo to the rest of the estate — the website, the payment provider, the accountant's system, the warehouse.
02 What changes
Configured around your workflow rather than the default demo data.
Extensions written as proper Odoo modules, so upgrades do not destroy them.
Website, payments, accounting and logistics exchanging data automatically.
03 Common questions
Community is often enough for smaller deployments, particularly with custom development. Enterprise earns its licence when you need specific modules, mobile access or official support. We size this against your requirements, not against what pays us more.
Yes. Version upgrades are mostly a question of how much customisation exists and how well it was written. We audit first and tell you what the upgrade will genuinely involve.
Not if it is done correctly. We write custom code as separate modules that extend Odoo through supported mechanisms, rather than editing core files — which is precisely what makes upgrades painful.
Yes, once it is set up for it. Out of the box Odoo assumes mainland IVA; a Canary business needs IGIC, the REF and the right invoicing sequences. We configure the Spanish localisation and the OCA modules that fill the gaps, rather than leaving you to discover them at the first quarter end.
