01 Service

ERP projects fail for predictable reasons: the process was never mapped, the data was migrated dirty, or the system was configured to match a brochure instead of the business. None of those are software problems.

We start with how the company runs — order to cash, procure to pay, stock, production, reporting — and configure from there. Where the ERP genuinely cannot do something, we extend it rather than force the business to change shape around it.

02 What changes

One version of the numbers

Stock, sales and accounting agreeing with each other without a reconciliation ritual.

A migration that does not lose history

Data cleansed, mapped and validated before cutover, with a rollback plan that exists on paper.

Staff who use it

Training and documentation in Spanish and English, built around real tasks rather than feature tours.

03 Common questions

Which ERP do you recommend?

It depends on the business. Odoo suits most SMEs that need flexibility and want to avoid heavy licence costs. Business Central makes sense in Microsoft-centred organisations. We will tell you if your current system is fine and the real problem is elsewhere.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

For an SME, typically three to six months from discovery to go-live, depending on how many modules and integrations are in scope and how clean the existing data is. Data quality is the usual reason projects slip.

Can you take over an implementation that has stalled?

Yes. We audit what exists, document the current state honestly, and give you a realistic assessment of whether to finish it or change direction.

Do you handle Canary Islands tax and Spanish invoicing rules?

Yes, and it is a real difference. We configure for IGIC and the REF rather than assuming mainland IVA, which is where generic and peninsular implementations tend to come unstuck. We also handle SII reporting for companies above the threshold, and VeriFactu-compliant invoicing.
